Data Access & Portability

Mitterberger:Lab respects the right to data access and portability in accordance with GDPR Art. 20 and the EU Data Act.

Users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to transmit it to another controller.

Scope of Data

Upon request, we provide:

• personal data actively provided by the user
• usage data generated through interaction with our systems
• technically generated personal data where legally permissible

Internal evaluations, analytics, or derived models may be excluded where allowed by law.

Format & Delivery

Data is provided in open, interoperable formats (e.g. JSON or CSV) within the legally required timeframe.

Request Process

Requests can be submitted via email.

Identity verification may be required to protect personal data.

Our systems are not intentionally designed to restrict data export, migration, or reuse.
