How do I get my files after purchase?
Right after your payment is confirmed, your downloads appear on the confirmation page. We also send you an email with a secure access link.
How long are my download links valid?
Your access link is valid for 30 days by default. After that, you can request a new link at any time.
I lost my access link.
Enter the email address from your order below to receive a new access link.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
For digital content, by purchasing you consent to immediate performance, which may cause your statutory right of withdrawal to lapse. See the Withdrawal Policy for details.
How can I get an invoice?
The Stripe payment receipt serves as proof of purchase. For a formal invoice, please contact us by email.
